The UN World Commission on Environment and Development defines sustainable development as “development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.” It is the integration of environmental health, social equity and economic vitality to create both a thriving company alongside all its stakeholders now and into the future.
We believe that what we are doing now is critical for the development of our community on a global scale going forward but it must be done in such a way as to protect our people, the environment, our culture as well as our corporate wellbeing.
